Big ideas, real impact.

Learnability Grows is a 501(c)3 nonprofit bridge ensuring disabled Minnesotans have both quality services and meaningful employment opportunities, not one without the other.

Families across Minnesota are trying to plan responsibly for their adult children’s futures. Yet volatile policy shifts, service caps, and funding uncertainty make long-term stability feel out of reach. Parents cannot build secure housing, employment plans, or sustainable support systems when services change year to year. When stability erodes, independence is jeopardized.

At the same time, adults with severe disabilities are often excluded from traditional employment because standard production expectations do not align with their abilities. The result is not a lack of potential but a lack of intentional opportunity. Learnability Grows exists to change that. We are committed to creating spaces for purposeful, supported employment that values contribution over speed, dignity over quotas, and inclusion over convenience.

Our mission is to connect sustainable home and community-based supports with intentional employment pathways so individuals can live safely, work meaningfully, and remain integrated in their communities — even when parents can no longer provide daily advocacy.

This nonprofit is about long-term continuity. It is about building durable systems that outlast policy cycles and ensure disabled Minnesotans have stability, opportunity, and a future families can confidently plan for.
